Please Read Before Purchasing

Lunaira sells shapewear bodysuits which are classified as intimate apparel. Due to hygiene reasons all sales are final once the item has been worn or tried on without underwear.

We ask that all items are tried on over underwear when checking sizing and fit.

When We Accept Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from marks, odours, perfume, or damage
  • Tried on over underwear only

When We Do Not Accept Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn without underwear
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period
  • Bundle gifts and free items included with an order

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size within 14 days of delivery provided the item meets the return conditions above.

To request an exchange contact us on WhatsApp or email before sending anything back. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item

We will resolve this immediately at no cost to you either a replacement or full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number
  2. We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost
  4. Once received and inspected your refund or exchange is processed within 5 to 7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are only processed once the item is received and inspected
