Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide across South Africa from Johannesburg to Cape Town, Durban to Pretoria, and everywhere in between.


Delivery Timeframes

Location Estimated Delivery
Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA) 6 to 10 business days
Standard nationwide 5 to 12 business days
Remote and outlying areas 7 to 12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Order Value Shipping Fee
Under R800 R80 flat rate
R850 and above FREE

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Lunaira is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. You can:

  • Track your order using the link provided
  • Visit our Track My Order page on the website
  • Contact us directly on WhatsApp for a real time update

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point nearby. We will notify you via WhatsApp if this happens.


Delays

Lunaira is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

We will always communicate with you proactively if a delay is anticipated.


International Shipping

We currently only deliver within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.
